Manage HSE programs and management systems for a Green Field project and chemical manufacturing plant to ensure regulatory compliance. Lead the HSE team in managing permits, conducting audits, and implementing process safety and emergency response plans.
Requires a degree in Engineering or a postgraduate degree with HSE specialization and 8-10 years of experience in Singapore chemical manufacturing. Must be a registered WSHO (MOM) and FSM certified with strong knowledge of local HSE laws.
