The Medical Assistant will assist cardiologists with patient examinations, diagnostic screenings, and the performance of EKGs. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate electronic health records and ensuring clinical exam rooms remain clean and compliant.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a Medical Assistant diploma or certification preferred. Proficiency in EHR systems and experience with cardiac monitoring are highly desired, along with a current BLS/CPR certification.
