Assist lawyers in delivering corporate legal services, including drafting transaction documents and completing financings or mergers and acquisitions. Perform essential clerk duties such as incorporations, minute book maintenance, and public company filings.
Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience and a Law Clerk or Paralegal diploma/certificate depending on the province. Candidates must be proactive self-starters with strong organizational skills and proficiency in corporate law software.
