The Technical Requirements Systems Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mission-critical systems while collaborating with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements. They will also facilitate sprint execution, testing, and demos while acting as a liaison between customers and the development team.
Candidates must hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph and possess at least fourteen years of systems engineering experience. A bachelor's degree is required, though relevant experience may be substituted, and proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and AWS is essential.

Captivation Software has an immediate need for a Technical Requirements Systems Engineer to support the team and assist with overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system. Candidates should be passionate about collaboratively solving challenging problems and have a track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Candidates will work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to perform workflow/business process engineering, functional requirements gathering, and technical requirements definition. Candidates will work closely with the Task Lead, Scrum Master, System Engineers, and Developers to facilitate sprint execution, functional testing, and sprint reviews/demos.
