Responsibilities

Support the Business Development team in researching potential new customers and analyzing market trends within the construction and SaaS sectors. Actively reach out to leads using modern sales tools and maintain customer data within the CRM system.

Als Werkstudent:in im Business Development Team spielst du eine wichtige Rolle in der strategischen Kundenansprache und unterstützt uns aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Du erhältst tiefe Einblicke in den Aufbau eines modernen SaaS-Vertriebs und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Sales- und Business-Development-Expert:innen zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt bei der Recherche und Identifikation potenzieller Neukund:innen
  • Du analysierst Markt-, Branchen- und Zielkundentrends (insbesondere im Bau- & SaaS-Umfeld)
  • Du sprichst aktiv potenzielle Kund:innen über moderne Sales-Tools an und führst erste qualifizierende Gespräche
  • Du unterstützt bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundenstamms im CRM-System
  • Du erstellst Reports, Auswertungen und Analysen zur Vertriebsperformance

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in (Bachelor ab dem 3. Semester oder Master), idealerweise in Baumanagement, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du kannst uns mindestens 16 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen und bist regelmäßig vor Ort im Büro in München
  • Du interessierst dich für Vertrieb, Start-ups und SaaS
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Sales, Business Development oder Customer Care sind ein Plus
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Du bist digital affin und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Tools wie ChatGPT, Claude oder Perplexity
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
