The Abstractor will search and analyze public real estate and court records to provide accurate due diligence reports for clients. They are responsible for managing their own work queue, maintaining professional client communication, and ensuring all research meets company standards.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in real estate record abstraction and the ability to interpret complex legal descriptions. Proficiency in Google Workspace, strong attention to detail, and a valid driver's license are required for this role.

Real Estate Abstractor Job Description
Search and abstract all types of public records, including real estate and court records at county recorders, courthouses, and online sources, and professionally deliver the results to Capitol Lien clients, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information reported. High attention to detail and accuracy is critical in this role.

Location physical preference of upper-midwest, i.e. MN, WI area.
