Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnose malfunctions to execute accurate repairs on various automotive systems. Communicate necessary additional services to Service Advisors to ensure high guest satisfaction.
Requires at least one year of automotive diagnosis experience and a valid driver's license with an insurable record. Proficiency with diagnostic tools is mandatory, while ASE certifications and CDK/X-Time experience are preferred.
