Lead the operations of Mercedes-Benz and Porsche dealerships, focusing on sales management, inventory, and fixed operations. Responsible for maintaining department profitability, controlling expenses, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requires extensive experience as a General Manager or General Sales Manager, preferably with at least five years of GM experience in a franchised automotive dealership. Strong leadership, people development skills, and experience with luxury import brands are highly preferred.
