The Maintenance Technician will perform apartment turns, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and conduct preventative maintenance. They are also responsible for completing service requests and providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Candidates should have previous apartment or general maintenance experience and knowledge of various trade skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. The ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions is required.
