The Senior Estimator leads the full bid lifecycle for heavy civil projects, including quantity take-offs, proposal development, and subcontractor coordination. This role also involves mentoring a team of estimators and ensuring accurate cost estimates for earthwork, utilities, and site development.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of heavy civil estimating experience and proficiency in industry-standard software like HeavyBid and AutoCAD. Applicants are required to be U.S. citizens, hold a valid driver's license, and successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
Senior Estimator – Heavy Civil Construction

Are you a strategic, detail-driven construction professional who thrives on building projects from the ground up—on paper first? Do you understand the full scope of earthwork, site development, and underground utilities before the first piece of equipment mobilizes? Are you known for producing accurate, competitive estimates while protecting margins? If so, we want to talk to you.
The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading the estimating process for heavy civil construction projects including earthwork, grading, site development, water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. This role will manage the full bid lifecycle—from prequalification and takeoffs through proposal development and turnover to operations.
The ideal candidate has strong experience pricing large-scale civil infrastructure projects and understands production rates, sequencing, risk evaluation, and subcontractor/vendor buyout strategies.
