The Camp Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, logistics, and safety of residential education camps. They will lead and motivate staff while acting as the primary point of contact for campers, parents, and stakeholders.
Candidates must have proven experience in camp management or residential education and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. A relevant qualification in Education, Youth Work, or Outdoor Leadership is desirable, along with a valid first aid qualification.
