Full job description

As our newest Product Manager at Cambridge Intelligence, you’ll have a rare opportunity to influence the development and direction of one or more of our world leading data visualisation products for the intelligence, anti-fraud and cybersecurity sectors.

What’s involved?

We need your help to ensure our market leading visualisation technologies are the best they can be at solving customer challenges and meeting market needs. To do this you’ll work with a team of talented software developers, sales, marketing people and senior management to drive our roadmaps from ideas to delivery.

You’ll do this through a combination of customer and market research, product ownership, development team steering, internal stakeholder management, direct customer contact, and strategy development.

Who's the ideal candidate?

We’re looking for someone with a passion for all things ‘product’, with an aptitude for steering the development of complex technology to maximise commercial success.

It’s essential you have some experience of Product Management in a B2B software organisation, with a focus on solving customer problems and an ability to identify and prioritise the most critical features and projects that will make the biggest impact on our markets.

You might also have:

  • Past experience in software development or a proven aptitude for working with developer toolkits or APIs

  • Experience of SaaS product development

  • Experience or a demonstrable interest in data visualisation

  • Experience in some of our our core markets (fraud, cyber security, law enforcement/intelligence or IT / telecoms) or working directly with data visualisation products

Who you’ll work with

You’ll work very closely with the development and marketing teams on a daily basis. You’ll be a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.

Be yourself

We want to build a fair, respectful and welcoming company, where everyone feels at home. That means taking a long-term approach to equality, diversity and inclusion – not treating it as a tickbox exercise.

With the help of our EDI group, we’re working to make every aspect of the business – including recruitment – fair, respectful and inclusive.

Benefits

  • Pension – up to 6% employer contribution

  • Medical and dental insurance (BUPA)

  • Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office during onboarding, then 1–2 days per week

  • Up to 12% discretionary bonus

  • 25 days annual leave

  • 5 days of professional development paid for by the company

  • Death in service benefit

  • Flexible holiday benefits

  • Cycle scheme (fully funded by the company)

  • EV scheme (conditions apply)

You need to have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we can't offer sponsorship either now or in the future.
Please, no agency approaches.
