The Account Representative is responsible for preparing calibration quotes, managing customer relationships, and providing technical support to the existing customer base. They also handle incoming inquiries, schedule onsite services, and maintain accurate account information within the laboratory's software.
Candidates should have at least two years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical sales environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

The Account Representative will utilize strong organizational, customer service, and multitasking skills, along with technical aptitude, to prepare quotes, manage customer relationships, and respond to customer inquiries.
Summary of Position
The Account Representative plays a fundamental role in customer acquisition and retention by delivering exceptional customer service. This position is primarily responsible for preparing calibration quotes, maintaining customer accounts, and providing outstanding support to our existing customer base.
