The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business event growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within assigned markets. This includes managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and account handover.
Candidates should have over 5 years of industry-related experience and preferably a post-secondary education in a related field. Proficiency in CRM systems and a strong background in hospitality sales or event logistics are highly valued.

Negotiation - The ability to use proper influencing skills to obtain positive outcomes.
Prospecting - Understanding one’s own company and its offerings, the client’s business challenges, and the characteristics of the market in which it operates ensures that sales professionals work efficiently and participate in client conversions productively. This requires skills related to gathering and synthesizing client market intelligence, aligning one’s own company’s strengths and weaknesses towards solution creation, as well as developing and implementing an action plan.
Building Relationships - Builds both formal and informal professional relationships. Maintains and fosters relationships within, across, and external to organizational boundaries. Obtains and shares information, ideas, and problems. Solicits advice, support, championship, sponsorship, and commitment that result in smooth transitions of change and the development of mutually acceptable solutions.
