The Finisher Helper assists skilled craftspeople with pouring, leveling, forming, and finishing concrete on construction sites. They are also responsible for operating work-related tools and maintaining safety standards under immediate supervision.
Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing heavy labor in various weather conditions. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively and follow safety protocols while working on uneven surfaces or at heights.
The Finisher Helper will assist skilled craftsperson(s) by performing supportive duties as directed and will work under immediate supervision. Must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work and learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment. Will be required to work in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting.
