Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their homes. Collect treatment data and complete daily session notes while collaborating with clinical supervisors.
Must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and previous experience working with children. A commitment to helping families and the ability to pass a background check are required.

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing ABA therapy in the home. Your job is to be an agent of positive change in the life of a child who can be experiencing language delays and/or behavioral challenges. As the
most critical member of the child’s therapy team, you will work alongside your clinical supervisor to bring about profound change in the lives of children with autism.
