The HR Manager serves as the sole HR professional for a multi-state organization, managing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. This role partners with leadership to implement HR strategies and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and a professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR. A minimum of five years of progressive HR generalist experience is required, with a strong preference for ADP Workforce Now expertise.
