The salesperson is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting and needs assessment to test drives and final delivery. They must also build long-term customer relationships and meet individual and team sales goals.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record and a high school diploma or equivalent. While prior sales experience is a plus, the role prioritizes a coachable mindset, strong communication skills, and self-motivation.
