The Digital Content Specialist will own the end-to-end production process, transforming raw footage into engaging videos and social media content. They will also travel to jobsites and events to capture original footage while maintaining high production standards.
Candidates should have strong experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with proficiency in professional camera and smartphone cinematography. A creative eye for storytelling and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential for this role.

BuildWitt is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to create compelling content that tells the stories of the Dirt World. This is a Nashville-based hybrid, creative role for someone who enjoys both being behind the camera and behind the edit. You'll primarily transform footage into engaging videos, photos, and social media content viewed by millions. Secondarily, you’ll capture content at jobsites, events, and our office, with occasional travel to construction projects across North America and beyond. If you love filmmaking, visual storytelling, and creating content that makes people stop scrolling, this role was built for you.
