The bookkeeper will manage daily financial operations for US and Canadian entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. They will also support month-end closing processes, intercompany reconciliations, and assist with annual audits.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a multinational or hi-tech environment. Proficiency in US or Canadian GAAP and strong Excel skills are required, with experience in NetSuite, Mesh, and Expensify considered an advantage.
