Operate, monitor, and repair boiler plant equipment under the direction of a Stationary Engineer. Perform preventive maintenance, conduct building rounds, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
Must hold a current Massachusetts 2nd Class Fireman license and have 3 to 5 years of direct experience in boiler operations. Requires the ability to climb ladders and communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Operate, monitor and repair boiler plant under the direction of Massachusetts 3rd Class Stationary Engineer. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled or requested. Communicates with Chief Engineer and Facility Manager on a regular basis generates logs and/or reports as required
