You will design, build, and scale the marketplace platform using an AI-native workflow that integrates agentic tools into daily development. You will also collaborate with product and design teams to deliver software while mentoring other engineers and providing architectural leadership.
Candidates must have 7+ years of software development experience and be proficient in TypeScript, React, and backend languages like Node.js or Python. Strong experience with AI-assisted coding tools and a proven ability to deliver scalable software in an agile environment are required.

In this role you will be expected to:
B-Stock is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, scale, and maintain the next generation of our marketplace platform. You’ll work with expert technical leads and engineers to build the experiences at the core of our business, partnering closely with Product, Design, and other teams to execute key initiatives — and doing it in an AI-native way.
The pay rate for this role will range between $145,000 to $175,000, per annum. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as the applicant’s work experience, education and training, skills, market data, and internal equity.
