You will manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and development of startup programs such as accelerators and bootcamps. Additionally, you will foster relationships with mentors, investors, and corporate partners while supporting startups through networking and strategic guidance.
You must hold a bachelor's degree and possess relevant professional experience in the startup ecosystem, venture building, or innovation management. Strong communication skills, a structured approach to project management, and proficiency in both German and English are required.

Als Startup Program Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du Verantwortung für unsere Startup-Programme - vom Aufbau und Startup-Akquise über die Durchführung bis zur Auswertung und Weiterentwicklung. Du arbeitest eng mit Gründerinnen, Mentorinnen, Investor*innen, Unternehmen und unserem BRYCK-Team zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus guten Programmen echte Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für Startups entstehen.
Dabei hast du nicht nur den nächsten Workshop im Blick, sondern das gesamte Programm: Welche Startups wollen wir erreichen? Was brauchen sie wirklich? Welche Formate schaffen Mehrwert? Und wie können wir unsere Programme kontinuierlich besser und skalierbarer machen?
