The Shift Manager oversees day-to-day restaurant operations and ensures seamless service during shifts. They lead team members through training and performance initiatives while maintaining high customer service standards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs. At least six months of management experience in a restaurant or retail setting is required.
