The Assistant Program Manager assists in supervising staff and planning care for residential clients. They are also responsible for coordinating staff training, maintaining electronic documentation, and providing client transportation.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a caregiver background check are required.
