Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work within an apartment community. Provide exceptional customer service to residents while maintaining building machinery and systems.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property maintenance. Preferred certifications include HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing, and a valid driver's license may be required.
