The Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales and marketing efforts for memory care apartments while guiding families through the move-in journey. They will also partner with leadership to execute sales plans and generate professional referral leads from local medical, financial, and legal professionals.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, with senior living experience preferred. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

Seeking a Sales Manager to support both Brookdale Middleton Stonefield and Brookdale Madison West. You will be responsible for managing the sales & marketing efforts for our memory care apartments. Brookdale Middleton Stonefield has 32 memory care apartments and Brookdale Madison West has 18 memory care apartments.
About the Sales Manager Position
As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:
Guide for families and older adults — You’ll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
Team player — You’ll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner — You’ll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
