The Account Director will drive revenue and growth for existing Enterprise customers by managing a pipeline of active deals and achieving revenue objectives. They are responsible for developing trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and effectively communicating the value of Broadcom's software solutions.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B role. A strong background in B2B software solutions and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas are required.

As an Account Director, you will drive overall revenue and growth for existing Enterprise customers in the Broadcom Software portfolio (i.e. VMware, CA Technologies, Symantec). This is a quota-carrying position located in Broadcom's office in Plano, TX. ADs are expected to be in the office every day.
