The Aquatics Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the swim program, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service. They are responsible for ensuring safety standards are met and providing swim instruction when necessary.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates having over one year of customer service or management experience. Certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and CPO are highly desirable.
