The Inside Plant Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications infrastructure within facilities. They will manage telephone systems, troubleshoot circuit outages, and implement planned maintenance systems according to manufacturer recommendations.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in telecommunications equipment maintenance and hold Security+ and CCNA Voice certifications. Proficiency with Cisco Unified Communication Manager, SL-100, and Option 61C systems is required, along with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
