Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, including G-tube and tracheostomy management, for a private-duty patient. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, and communicating patient condition changes to families and providers.
Candidates must hold a current Ohio LPN or RN license and a current CPR certification. Experience with tracheostomy and G-tube care is preferred, along with reliable transportation for home-based care.
