The Coordinator manages data integrity for admissions, discharges, and authorizations across various service lines to ensure clean claims. They are also responsible for supervising staff, delegating tasks, and maintaining documentation standards for the Central Eligibility Authorization Team.
A high school diploma is required, with some college or relevant work experience preferred. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of government and commercial payer requirements.

The Central Eligibility Authorization Team Coordinator is responsible for the data integrity of all admission, discharge, transfer and authorizations, as well as, maintaining authorization updates in all service lines in states who are live with CEAT. The CEAT Coordinator interacts with each of business line operations throughout these states and ensures accuracy of data in order for clean claims to be realized.
