The Staff Accountant is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and managing month-end and year-end closing processes. They also support management decision-making by maintaining general ledger accounts, performing reconciliations, and assisting with budgets and treasury functions.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and possess at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of GAAP accounting concepts are required.
