Responsible for the full lifecycle of automotive hardware development, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection for electronic control units. This includes conducting design reviews, debugging prototypes, and ensuring compliance with automotive reliability and EMC standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and expertise in hardware development for automotive products such as ADAS or domain controllers. Candidates must be proficient in simulation, WCA, and the ability to resolve hardware failures during mass production.

样机调试与问题闭环：负责样板上电调试、台架及实车测试，排查电源、总线、接口、EMC、高低温异常等硬件故障，完成问题整改、复测闭环。
车规测试与可靠性适配：支撑 DV/PV 可靠性测试、EMC、电气负载、抛负载等车规测试，根据测试问题迭代优化硬件电路，满足车载电气规范。
量产跟进与设计迭代：解决试产、量产阶段硬件工艺不良、批量失效问题，持续优化设计、实现降本提质，同步维护硬件版本基线。
标准化文档输出：按照车规开发流程，编写硬件设计说明书、测试报告、DFMEA 等全套技术文档，沉淀标准化设计规范。
