This is an active, hands-on role where your energy, professionalism, and friendliness directly shape the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile
Help customers understand and maximize the value of our Unlimited Wash Pass
Support site operations through safety checks, equipment monitoring, and basic preventative maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment
Stay engaged and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented shift
Participate in training, coaching, and continuous development opportunities

Physical Realities of the Job

This is a highly active, outdoor role. You will:

Stand for most of your shift (up to 98%)
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Bend, walk, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs
Work near moving equipment in a loud environment
