Lead the end-to-end partner enablement strategy to equip resellers and GTM teams with the tools and knowledge needed for a partner-first model. This includes designing onboarding programs, creating playbooks, and aligning partner rules of engagement across Sales and Customer Success.
Requires 3+ years of experience in Partner or Sales Enablement with a deep understanding of channel ecosystems and co-sell motions. Candidates must be data-driven systems thinkers with strong stakeholder management skills and experience using LMS/CMS platforms.

Braze is moving decisively toward a partner-first model, and this role sits at the heart of that transformation. As Manager, Partner Enablement, you will be the connective tissue between the Partnerships team and the broader GTM organization – ensuring that our sellers, customer success teams, and go-to-market leaders have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to engage with partners effectively and drive business results. You will own the end-to-end partner enablement strategy for the field: from onboarding new resellers into the Braze ecosystem, to equipping the GTM org with the playbooks, programs, and fluency needed to work in a partner-first world.
