We're looking for a Project Manager to join our European team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers from project inception through completion, managing projects, coordinating information across stakeholders, interpreting architectural drawings, and ensuring every project is delivered accurately and on time. Job Description
Manage multiple commercial interior projects from quotation through delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.
Coordinate project information between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
Respond to client enquiries and provide technical and project-related support.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Champion an exceptional customer experience on every project.
Qualifications
Previous experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing, construction, architecture, commercial interiors, or design.
Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Fluency in both French and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
Experience with AutoCAD is beneficial but not essential.
