The bartender is responsible for mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and ensuring guests have an excellent experience. They must maintain a fast-paced environment while building relationships with regulars and communicating effectively with the front-of-house team.
Successful candidates must be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment and possess strong interpersonal skills. They are expected to adhere to Boston Pizza's brand standards and food safety protocols.
