Supervise day-to-day field operations and oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. Coordinate crews, ensure safety and quality standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Preferred candidates have 1-3 years of industry experience and the ability to perform physically demanding work in varied weather.

Together, our growing family is seeking a motivated Field Supervisor to join our growing family.

Weekly Pay
Opportunities for career advancement and skill development
Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
Supervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors
Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finish
Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed
Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc.
Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations
Daily travel in the home market
Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
1-3 Years of industry experience preferred
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
