The Leasing Agent is responsible for marketing properties, conducting tours, and facilitating lease agreements to maintain high occupancy rates. They also manage tenant inquiries, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service. Strong knowledge of rental laws and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends are required.

The Leasing Agent - Everett Properties plays a critical role in the real estate and rental industry by serving as the primary point of contact between property owners and prospective tenants. This position is responsible for marketing available rental properties, conducting property tours, and facilitating lease agreements to ensure high occupancy rates.
