The Assistant Executive Director supports the Executive Director in managing the financial, regulatory, and operational success of the senior living community. Key duties include supervising department heads, managing human resources, and driving census development to ensure resident satisfaction.
Candidates must possess an Administrator's License (or the ability to obtain one) and have a proven track record in sales and revenue management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a commitment to senior care are essential.
We are seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director in leading our senior living community to success. The ideal candidate is a well-organized leader with excellent time management and prioritization skills. They must also have experience in sales and marketing, business office management experience, and a passion for exceptional customer support.
