The RN is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care unit, acting as a bridge between Med-Surg and ICU. Key duties include conducting patient assessments, implementing care plans, and coordinating treatment with an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must have a current RN state license, BLS certification, and at least one year of RN experience. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and ACLS certification are preferred.
