The Marketing Specialist will lead the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral to support client acquisition and brand awareness. They will also manage the company's digital communication channels, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with 3+ years of marketing experience desired, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Bognet Construction is seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience to support marketing and business development efforts. The Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the team involved with client acquisition, brand awareness, and expansion into new markets.
The Marketing Specialist role will manage a mix of traditional and digital marketing projects. This may include leading firm or client-focused marketing projects and campaigns; developing marketing collateral and presentations; coordinating Request for Proposal (RFP) pursuits; and managing Bognet’s communication channels including email and social media. Additional marketing and business development activities may include market research, participation in networking activities, and coordinating vendors.
The role is in-person at our centrally located office in Tysons, VA. As an employee-owned company, the Marketing Specialist is eligible to participate in Bognet’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
