The Finance Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling financing programs, warranties, and aftermarket products to vehicle customers. They must structure deals, maintain relationships with lending institutions, and ensure all transactions comply with state and federal laws.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid PA driver's license, and at least two years of automotive sales or finance experience. A degree in finance and prior experience with warranty and trade-in sales are preferred.

JOB DUTIES
This position is responsible for working with customers, lending institutions, Ford corporate contacts, Sales Managers and Sales Consultants, and dealership office personnel to finalize new and used vehicle sales in a timely, efficient, ethical and compliant manner.
