The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the express service lane and routine maintenance visits. Candidates must have at least one year of service department experience, with preference given to those with Ford dealership or Quick Lane backgrounds. Strong automotive knowledge, solid computer skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods are required.
