The Facilities Representative is responsible for maintaining building services and repairing dealership equipment to ensure maximum production. This includes performing routine grounds maintenance and ensuring the facility meets company standards.
Candidates must be a high school graduate with previous maintenance experience and certifications in Electrical and HVAC repair. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, OSHA 20-hour certification, and Fork Lift/Aerial Lift certifications.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Standard Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Education and Experience
High School graduate. Previous maintenance experience. Strong ability for on the job training. General Construction background desired.
Preferred Education and Experience
Associates degree or equivalent; and three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Automotive dealership facility experience.
Electrical and electronic principles.
Blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)
Must be certified in both Electrical and HVAC repair
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Certification of taking a 20 Hour OSHA class
Fork Lift certification
Aerial Lift Certification
