Brand Ambassadors create magical guest experiences by serving as trail guides, managing check-ins, and handling concessions. They are responsible for ensuring a safe, engaging atmosphere and maintaining smooth operational flow during the seasonal event.
Candidates should be friendly, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus, but a positive attitude is the primary requirement.

Whether you're welcoming families, helping guests navigate the trail, serving treats, or keeping the evening running smoothly, you'll play an important role in bringing Michigan's most immersive nighttime experience to life.

Schedule
Our season runs from September through early January.
Most shifts take place:
All positions require arriving before guests for setup and staying after closing for cleanup.
