The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and emergency repairs across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure property safety and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities also include documenting work orders, managing inventory, and participating in after-hours on-call rotations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in property maintenance. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proficiency in basic tools and Microsoft Suite are required.

Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform a variety of tasks to ensure our apartment communities meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. From routine maintenance to emergency repairs, your work will contribute to creating comfortable living environments for our residents. This position will split time between two properties that are three miles apart. You will be part of a team with another Maintenance Technician.
