Blue Cardinal Operations is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead day-to-day performance across multiple HVAC and Plumbing branches in the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a hands-on operational leadership role for someone who knows how to run high-performing trades operations — driving results through disciplined routines, data-informed decisions, and direct accountability at every level.
If you've led multi-site HVAC or plumbing operations, owned a P&L, and thrive in a fast-moving, acquisition-growth environment, this role was built for you.

This is a remote-based role with extensive travel required throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for branch visits, field audits, and team engagement.
