The role acts as a bridge between dealer requests and production by creating detailed 2D drawings for bus body and seat configurations. Responsibilities include ensuring manufacturing feasibility, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
Requires a high school diploma, preferably with a degree in Industrial Engineering Design, and at least 2 years of experience as a product or part designer. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and possess proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Excel.

Reporting to the Manager, Process Control Group, this role will serve as the critical bridge between the dealer requested body and seat plan configurations and final production. You are responsible for turning dealer requests into detailed, manufacturable vehicles that meet stringent safety and performance standards.
